By submitting content (session logs, reviews, spot information), you grant Audren a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing of third-party rights.

5. Forecast Data & Accuracy

Forecast data is provided for informational purposes only. Audren makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of forecasts. Always use good judgement when assessing ocean conditions and never rely solely on forecast data for safety decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any personal injury or property damage incurred during water sports activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service (excluding user-submitted content) is the exclusive property of Audren and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
